Frederick Smith , 59, was born to Lucille Smith and Buddy Buckingham on November 24, 1963 in Crawfordville, Arkansas. Frederick was also blessed to be raised by his loving aunt and uncle L.W. and Sista Smith along with Zola and Roy Tate. They preceded him in death. He leaves to cherish his memories two brothers Willie Spruille, Patrick Smith, five sisters Celestine Spruille, Ann Watson (Donald), Patricia Spruille, Betty Smith, and Carla Smith along with a host of nieces and nephews that loved him dearly. Also an overwhelming amount of family and friends that will cherish their memories together. The Lord has allowed Fred to spread his wings and fly away upon the sunsets of heaven.
