He was born on September 1, 1937 to Elmer and Lora (Roach) Albrecht in St. Louis, MO. Franklin served with the U.S. Army in Korea. He is survived by his beloved wife, Frances Albrecht; his brothers, Ronald Albrecht and his companion, Cathy of Santa Ana, CA, and Charles Albrecht and his wife, Sandy of St. Louis MO. He is also survived by his many children; grandchildren; nieces and nephews. There will be a Celebration of Life service on Saturday, July 22, 2017 at Vander Ave. First Church of God at 11 a.m. KefferFH.com
