Frankie O. Novis at age 73, of Palm Springs, CA. passed away Wednesday, August, 31, 2011 in San Diego, CA. She was born on August 13, 1938 to James and Clata Ollerton in Yuma, AZ. Frankie Married Lyle T. Novis II, on June 3, 1956 in Yuma. She was a legal secretary for many years.Frankie is survived by her daughter, Christy (Michael) Kaiser; sons, Taylor "Tracy" (Laura) Novis and John (Cindy) Carter and four grandchildren, Taylor and Zack Novis, Colton and Baley Kaiser. She was preceded in death by her husband Lyle, who passed December 8, 1996; sister, Patricia Clawson and brother, Martin Ollerton. Memorial services will be held on Thursday, September 15, 2011 at 5:30 p.m. at First Presbyterian Church on 598 S 7th Ave in Yuma.
