Francis Walker, 64, of Charlestown, Louisiana, passed Friday, February 28, 2020. Francis was born to Edgar Walker, and Ruth Thomas, July 20, 1955 in Charlestown, Louisiana. He married Loraine Smith in 1990, and they lived together in Charlestown. Francis worked as a Contractor until he retired in 2006.

Francis is survived by 2 children: April and Krystal Walker

The funeral service will be held on Saturday at 10 a.m. at The Cotton Funeral Service, 1025 Bergen St., Newark. Interment will be in Hollywood Memorial Park, Union. Visitation will be from 9 to 10 a.m.
