Forrest T. HoffmanBARTONVILLE - Forrest T. "Buzz" Hoffman, 66, of Bartonville passed away at 5:30 a.m. on Thursday, November 10, 2016, at his residence.He was born on August 1, 1950, in Peoria, the son of Lyle and Mildred (Frazee) Hoffman. They preceded him in death. He was formerly married to Theresa (Burns) Hoffman.Buzz is survived by his step-son, Tony (Traci) Scachette of East Peoria; daughters, Tami Terrell of Bartonville and Kelly Roberson of Norwood; sisters, Lyla McDaniel of Bartonville and Jo (Tom) Helfrich of Bellevue; and five grandchildren.He graduated from Limestone Community High School in 1968. He was a Vietnam veteran and a member of the American Legion Post 979 in Bartonville.Buzz retired from Keystone Steel & Wire, after forty years of service. He enjoyed fishing, bowling and shooting pool.
