We are deeply saddened to announce the passing of Flourine Shipman, who was born on July 24, 1964, in Columbus, Georgia, United States. Flourine was a loving and devoted mother to five children, Felecia Daniels, Vanessa Evans, Debra McCaskey, Shelby Shipman, and Hugo Shipman.

Flourine also had the joy of being a grandmother to nine grandchildren and was known for her love of playing MWR Bingo in her spare time.

On May 1, 2026, Flourine succumbed to heart failure, leaving behind a legacy of love and cherished memories with her family and friends.

She will be deeply missed by all who knew her, as her kindness, strength, and wisdom touched the lives of many.
