Flora Brooks, 82, of Racine, Wisconsin, passed away on October 11, 2024. She was born on January 15, 1942. Flora was a beloved member of the community, known for her kindness and compassion towards others. She had a passion for gardening and spent many hours tending to her beautiful flowers and grandchildren. Flora had a contagious smile and a warm heart that touched the lives of all who knew her.
