Fern Lurene CannonVentura, CAOn Tuesday, November 29, 2016, our mom, Fern Lurene Cannon, was reunited with our dad, Edward Lee Cannon. She had missed him terribly for 20 years and we take comfort in knowing they are square dancing and laughing again.Mom was born on May 17, 1925, in Pryor, Oklahoma. She married our dad on March 29, 1947. Mom loved to entertain and made everyone feel welcome when they came into her kitchen. She was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church and Eastern Star for over 50 years.She will be deeply missed by her daughters, Connie Gajefski, Jill Peterson and her Oklahoma daughter, Jill West; son-in-law, Ski; grandson, Justin Gajefski with his wife Paula. Fern also leaves behind her nieces, Lila and Fran; nephews, Mike and Tim; her faithful companion, Lucy the cat, was always by her side.We would like to thank Carla and her Family for their love and support. We would also like to thank Pastor Dave Hall and Trinity Lutheran for everything they have done for our family.Private graveside services were held at Ivy Lawn Memorial Park.
