On May 12, 2024, the world lost a beloved member of the community in Colotlan, Jalisco, Mexico. Felix Robles, born on May 23, 1923, lived a long and fulfilling life filled with love and laughter. Felix was always around friends and family who made his life complete and enjoyed sharing stories of his past life.
Felix was a devoted spouse to Isidra Ruiz Robles, whom he married in 1940. Together, they raised 8 children: Jesus, Blas, Ruben, Abundio, Francisca, Dolores, Refugia, and Eva. Their family grew even larger with the addition of 20 plus grandchildren/great grandchildren. One thing we cannot deny was the amount of love he had for his youngest grandchild Lusiana Robles who attended to his every need until his last breath.
Felix was known for his passion for farming since a young boy with his father, spending countless hours tending to his crops and animals with a smile on his face knowing he will leave his farming legacy to his children. He had a green thumb like no other and took great pride in his work day in and day out. After a long hard day of work he would sit on his bench and just look over his crop and animals with such joy viewing all his hard work he put in his farm.
Unfortunately, Felix passed away due to health complications, leaving behind a legacy of hard work, dedication, and love. He will be deeply missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing him.
