With heavy hearts and sadness we lost a very special man, Felipe Jaime Ruiz. A wonderful, loving, giving, caring father, grandfather, brother, brother-in-law, uncle, and dear friend passed away peacefully on October 31, 2016 surrounded by his family at the age of 77 in Medford, Oregon, from complications from leukemia. Felipe Jaime was born on August 23, 1939 in El Valle de Tacupeto, Sonora, Mexico, the sixth child of Bibiano Jaime and Amelia Jaime Ruiz. Many will remember him for his laughter, humor, pranks and joy for life. He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him. He was a dedicated father who cared deeply about his children, siblings, nieces, nephews, and close friends. He is survived by his children Bianca Azucena Jaime (Robert), Margarita (Scott) Burns, and Josie (Tyler) Jerde and son Edrel (Andrea) Jaime and seven grandchildren, Natalie, Baron, Robert, Enrique, Isabella, Ella, and Lucy who adored him. A viewing and service will be held on November 26th at 10 am at Yuma Mortuary and Crematory, 775 S. 5th Avenue, in Yuma, AZ.
