He was born on June 22, 1934 in Bethel, a son of the late Ralph B. and Verna A Gundrum Brown. Eugene was the husband of Lois J. Merkey Brown. Mr. Brown was employed by Bethlehem Steel and Millard Quarry. He was a member of the Weavertown R. Field and Stream and Midway Church. Surviving in addition to his wife are children, Rick E. Brown, Bonnie L, wife of Gary J. Peffley all of Lebanon and Susan K, wife of Michael D. Long, Cleona; grandchildren, Ricky Brown Jr., Rose Marie Brown, Joshua Peffley, Katie Long and Erin Long; great-grandchildren, Cody, Sasha, Iziah; sister. Jeanette Stoudt of Myerstown; several nieces and nephews. A funeral service will be held in Midway Church, 13 Evergreen Rd, Lebanon, PA, 17042 on Tuesday, November 29, 2016 at 11 a.m. with a visitation from 10 a.m. until the time of the service.
