Etta Scott, a beloved member of the Lamar community, passed away on May 31, 2024, at the age of 88. Born on December 4, 1935, Etta was known for her kind heart, quick wit, and infectious laughter. Throughout her life, she touched the lives of many with her generosity and compassion. Etta will be remembered for her love of gardening, baking, and spending time with friends and neighbors.
