Estelle Horne proprietor of the Greenville after a brief illness, has made her final journey on July 5, 2019.She leaves behind her beloved husband of 34 years, Heinz Maurer of Greensboro, NC, 5  daughters Denise, Lisa, Melissa, Marlene, and Cathleen. Also she had and twelve grandchildren. Estelle immigrated from Antigua and moved to Florida where she then met and married her first husband, Burkhard Haase, and who were owners of the Greenville Bakery for 20 years. After the passing of her husband, Estelle worked at Caldor, got remarried and lived in Jersey City NJ, before moving back Jacksonville FL where she greatly enjoyed her life. She became a certified nurse's assistant and lovingly cared for others for over ten years. Estelle was a lover of animals and nature, enjoyed gardening and inviting strangers to her home to try her  cooking. Throughout her lifetime, she loved helping people in need however she could.
