Erica Balderas, aged 31, of Gaffney, South Carolina, passed away on November 4, 2024. She was born on December 19, 1992, to her loving parents Walter Perez McDaniel and Angela Gorski.
Erica leaves behind her partner Marco Pena and their five children: Justin Elijah Balderas, Gracelynn Elexis Balderas, JaCoby Balderas, Jurnie, and Juno.
She attended Blacksburg High School, graduating in 2011. Erica furthered her education at ECPI School of Nursing, graduating in 2014. She worked as an ICU Critical Nurse, dedicating herself to helping others. Erica was also actively involved in the National Nursing Association and was honored with the Daisy award for her exceptional care and compassion.
Outside of her work, Erica enjoyed reading, visiting Charleston, and ghost hunting. She will be remembered for her kind heart, dedication to her family, and passion for helping others.
Erica Balderas will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
