Erdine Young, a beloved member of the Ocala, Florida community, passed away on November 11, 2023. She was born on January 3, 1948, to Willie and Sylvia Young. Erdine was the loving spouse of Hubert Young, whom she married in 1972. Together, they raised four children: Leo, Brenda, Gloria, and Esther.

Erdine was a dedicated mother and grandmother, always putting her family first. She took great pride in her children and grandchildren, providing them with love, support, and guidance throughout their lives. Her legacy lives on through her family.

Erdine attended Vanguard High School and continued to be involved in the community throughout her life. She was known for her kind heart, generosity, and unwavering strength. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

Erdine is survived by her husband, children, and eight grandchildren; Larry Young, Leo Young Jr., Kawana Young, Kamira Alexander, Jamal Alexander, Tralani Young, Makila Gousby & Tasheka Gousby. May she rest in peace.
