Enrique Ronquillo Fernandez , 75, passed on August 11, 2021. He was born to Ramon Paraiso Fernandez and Ma Victoria Vitug Ronquillo in Manila, National Capital Region on July 15, 1946.
Enrique graduated from Araneta University in 1963 and received a degree from the Philippine College of Criminology in 1966.
Enrique worked at Philippine National Police and was passionate about affecting the most positive change in people.
Founder Fernandez served his country in the CCAGM/ Anti Graft Task Force.
