Emmanuel Charles Bynum was born on May 17th, 1959 to Ludie Stout Cowans and Charlie Bynum. He entered his eternal sleep on Monday, July 22,2019 at 10:16 p.m. at home with his sister after a long and strenuous battle with cancer. Emmanuel grew up in the Church of Christ. He attended Evarts City Schools were he learned different trades. He would give anyone the shirt off his back, and always there to lend a helping hand. You could sometimes find him sitting somewhere by himself, listening to “Al Green” and doing what he loved to do. We smile at the memories of Emmanuel and look forward to seeing him again. Waiting to meet him in heaven are ; his parents, his daughter Angela Denise Perry, sister’s, Joyce Ann, Maggie, Derry Mae, Charlesie and Charlene, brothers Eddie Bynum, and Glen Harbin. Nephews Lemar, Winston Jr, and Timothy Bynum Sr.
He leaves to mourn his passing, his sister’s Tammy (Ike) and Katherine (Bucky) , brother’s, John “Chris” and Frank. And a host of nieces, nephews, great/great-great nieces and nephews, cousins and friends.
A very special thank you to Katherine and Uncle Bucky for taking care of her brother until the very end. And to uncle Bucky for being the brother-in-law and best friend Emmanuel needed and deserved.
He fought a long and tough fight! Take your rest Emmanuel . Well done! We Love You
