Watts , Ellen Carol ,71, of Louisville, Kentucky passed away on August 29, 2017. She retired from Sunrise Children's Services and was a member of Southeast Christian Church.Ellen was born on December 18, 1945, in London, England to the late Charles and Elizabeth Hughes.
