Bays-Harding, Elizabeth (Liz) M.Elizabeth (Liz) M. Bays-Harding, 65, she was born on August 13, 1951 in Avoca, NY the daughter of the late Walter A. and Frances M. Snyder, passed away peacefully at home on Friday, November 4, 2016 surrounded by her family and friends after a long battle with ALS. She was preceded in death by her parents and her late husband Harry G. Bays. She is survived by her devoted husband Noel Harding of Avoca, NY and her loving family, children; daughters, Lisa Laughlin of Cumming, GA, Colleen Laughlin of Big Flats, NY, son Nathan Laughlin of Austin, TX and son Andrew Laughlin of Geneseo, NY; adored granddaughter, Marloe Laughlin of Big Flat, NY; her sister Eileen (John) Higgins and brother Mark (Nancy) Snyder; many nieces and nephews, her step-children; Gregory Harding, Debra Bennett and step- grandchildren.Elizabeth (Liz) was a Real Estate Agent for more than 30 years and enjoyed all of the connections she made over the years as she helped so many people buy and sell their homes and moving on to the next chapter of their lives. Liz also found great reward in her charitable work with Shepherd's Haven and Twin Tiers Christian Church, where she and her husband were both members and very active in the congregation.Calling hours are being observed TODAY Sunday November 6, 2016 from 1:00pm to 3:00pm and 6:00pm to 8:00pm at the Bond-Davis Funeral of Bath where her Funeral Service will be held on Monday November 7, 2016 at 12:30pm.
