Elizabeth (Perry) Cichetti, 92, of Erie, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, February 7, 2017, at St. Mary's Home of Erie. She was born on February 8, 1924, in Beyer, Pa., Indiana County, Pa., daughter of the late Angelo and Catherine (Agello) Perry. Liz was employed for the Erie School District retiring after working many years. She was a member of Holy Rosary Church, and she loved spending time with her daughters and grandchildren walking and shopping. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her loving husband, Anthony P. Cichetti, and also by eight sisters and one brother. You will be forever in our heart; may you rest peacefully together. Survivors include her two daughters, Kathleen Tietjen and her husband, Thomas of North Carolina and Judy Snider and her husband, Norman Snider, Jr. of North East, Pa.; grandchildren, Anne Marie Maleno of Florida, and Dominic Maleno of Erie; great-grandchildren, Joe, Adrienne, Nick, and Anthony; and three brothers, Freddie, Charles and Dominic Perry. Many nieces and nephews also survive. The Cichetti family would like to thank the staff and nurses of St. Mary's Home for the wonderful care that Liz was given.
