Elizabeth Cagliostro, also known as Bettie,,passed away peacefully on March 23, 2025 in Las Vegas, Nevada at the age of 87.

She was born on May 13, 1937, in White Plains, New York and married her high school sweetheart ,Robert Cagliostro in1959.

Bettie and Robert raised six wonderful children: William, Robert, Ronald, Laura, Marion, and Michael. They were also blessed with nine grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren

Bettie attended White Plains High School and decided to continue her studies at WestChester Community College in 1990. She earned an associates degree in social work . She retired in 1990,.and worked as a caretaker for the elderly and those with special needs after retiring . She also loved animals and dedicated her time to helping animals through various welfare organizations.

Aside from her love for animals, Bettie enjoyed traveling, collecting lighthouses, and afternoon lunch dates with friends.

Bettie was diagnosed with Cancer and the most amazing care was provided to her throughout her battle . Michael and Marion were her main caretakers because of they both live locally. William,Robert,Ronald,and Laura visited often and were dedicated to helping in any way they could .

She will be remembered for her Love, Strength, Dedication and Wisdom by all who knew her.

Bettie didn’t want a funeral . So a celebration of life will be held in White Plains,New York at Silver Lake Park Center on March 1st . She will placed to rest with her husband Robert at The Gates of Heaven Cenetary in Valhalla New York .
