Elebee Frazier, born on November 10, 1945, in Brooklyn, New York, United States, peacefully passed away in his sleep on July 16, 2024. He was the beloved son of Ruth Frazier and is survived by his three loving children: Jewel Ferrel, Kelly Sally, and Nichole Frazier.

Elebee attended Boys and Girls High School and proudly graduated in 1963. He then went on to serve his country in the Air Force as a Second Lieutenant in the 6th Air Refueling Squadron unit for 19 years.

Elebee was a devoted father and grandfather to his five grandchildren. He will be remembered for his dedication to his family and country, as well as his kind heart and generous spirit.

He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him. May he rest in peace.
