Golomski, Eleanore M.Eleanore M. Golomski, 100, Green Bay, died Wednesday, August 16, 2017. She was born on January 2, 1917, in Edgar, WI to John H. and Anna (Koppa) Hertz.Eleanore graduated from Edgar High School, Class of 1934. On May 3, 1941, she married Frank J. Golomski in Edgar. Because of Frank's job they moved to Minneapolis, MN; Kingsford, MI; Gresham, WI; and Menomonie, WI. In 1968, they settled their family in Green Bay. After Frank retired, they spent a lot of time at the camper up north. They enjoyed fishing and spent many years traveling to casinos throughout Wisconsin.Eleanore is survived by two sons and one daughter-in-law: Glen F. and Jean Golomski, Salem, OR; Gary J. Golomski, Green Bay; five grandchildren, Mark, Paul, Phillip and John Golomski, Amy Grundman; sister-in-law, Angie Hertz; and many nieces and nephews.She was preceded in death by her husband, Frank; her parents; brother, Ewald Hertz; and sister, Dorothy Seeley.There will be no visitation held prior to the Service. The Funeral Service will be held at 11:30 a.m. Wednesday in the chapel at Allouez Chapel Mausoleum, 2121 Riverside Dr., Allouez with Rev. Donald Everts officiating.
