Eleanor O'Reilly Stache, 95, of Cambridge, N.Y., passed away Wednesday, Nov. 16, 2016, at Carolinas Medical Center Northeast, Concord. Eleanor was born on Oct. 15, 1921 in New York City, N.Y., to Thomas and Catherine O'Reilly. Eleanor was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Stache; daughter, Carol Stache Rizzo; and her parents. Those left to cherish her memory are granddaughter, Christina (Rizzo) Daniel and husband David of Los Angeles, Calif.; son-in-law, John Thomas Rizzo of Salisbury; longtime companion and friend, Ed Franchi; and numerous nieces, nephews and friends. Eleanor was an outgoing, spontaneous, passionate person and a loving mother, grandmother and wife. She loved life and per her request, rather than mourning her loss, we ask everyone to celebrate her life. Arrangements: Private family services will be held at a later date.
