EDWARD A. ZUBERBUHLER, 92 DARLINGTON, Wis. - Edward A. Zuberbuhler, age 92, passed away on Tuesday, October 1, 2013, at the Lafayette Manor Nursing Home in Darlington, WI. He was born on January 2, 1921, in Gratiot, WI, to Walter and Clara (Moe) Zuberbuhler. He married Elaine Uren on December 17, 1945, in Maqouketa, IA. He was a lifelong farmer in rural Warren until retiring in 1984. Edward is survived by three children, Gregory (Katherine) Zuberbuhler of Darlington, WI, Debra (Ben) Lawton of Janesville, WI and David (Becky) Zuberbuhler of Gratiot, WI; four grandchildren, Jason (Jennifer) Zuberbuhler of Fountain Hills, AZ, Leah (Brian) Robertson of Woodstock, GA, Chad (Jamie Carley) Zuberbuhler of Madison, WI and Lacey (Rob) Long of Evansville, WI; and seven great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Elaine in 2012; four brothers; and sisters, Clarence Zuberbuhler, Alice Hawkinson, LaVerne Zuberbuhler and Esther Griffiths. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m., Thursday, October 3, at the Bartell-Leamon Funeral Home in Warren. Visitation will be on Thursday from 11 a.m. till time of service at the Bartell-Leamon Funeral Home. Officiating will be Pastor Donna Hoffman. Burial will be in Elmwood Cemetery in Warren, IL.
