He was born on March 10, 1927 in Lexington, Texas, to Tillie and Arnold Marquardt.Edward was an Army Veteran of WWII and retired from Civil Service.He was preceded by Tillie and Arnold Marquardt and is survived by his beloved wife, Patricia; his daughters, Susan Purvis and Sandra Wagoner; his sister, Sherline Bogisch and her husband Harold; his grandchildren, April and Maggie Purvis; his nieces, Laurie Perryman, Karen Bogisch and Tammy Bogisch; and his nephews, Tim Bogisch and Stephen Bogisch.In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorials be made to: Covenant Presbyterian Church, 221 Roleto, San Antonio, Texas 78213, BVA, 125 N.
