We are gathered here today to celebrate the life of Earl Woods, born on March 27, 1947, in St. Charles, Illinois, United States. He passed away on October 3, 2025, surrounded by his loving family.

Earl was the son of Earl and Ester Woods and was married to Marilyn for 55 years. Together, they raised three children: Nicole Woods, Jeanine Woods (spouse Terrance Martin), and Earl Woods (spouse Natasha Johnson). He was also a proud grandparent to two grandchildren.

Earl attended Roosevelt High School before continuing his studies at California State. He worked at Amtrak and retired in 2014 after many years of dedicated service.

In his spare time, Earl enjoyed playing basketball and chess. He had a competitive spirit and loved spending time with his family, especially watching his grandchildren grow.

Earl's passing was due to a stroke, but his memory and legacy will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved him. May he rest in peace.
