Earl C. Miller Loganville Earl C. Miller, 81, died Monday, October 23, 2017 at Manor Care Dallastown. He was the husband of Arlene E. (Malehorn) Miller, with whom he celebrated a 62nd wedding anniversary this past November 14th. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, October 28, 2017 at the Codorus Church of the Brethren, 1129 Dunkard Valley Road, Dallastown, (Route 214, 1mile east of Loganville) with his Pastor Ben Godfrey and Pastor Duane Bahn officiating. Burial will be at Susquehanna Memorial Gardens. Visitations will be held from 6 to 8 p,m. Friday and from 9 to 10 a.m. Saturday at Codorus Church of the Brethren. Mr. Miller was born on September 13, 1936 in Springfield Township, a son of the late C. Harry and Gertrude N. (Williams) Miller. He graduated in 1954 from Dallastown High School. He was self-employed after starting his own business, Earl C. Miller, Electrical Contractor, 33 years ago. Prior to that he worked 27 years with Curvin W. Malehorn Electric. Earl was a member of the Codorus Church of the Brethren where he was a Sunday School Teacher, served as a deacon, and coached junior softball for many years. He also was a member of the Dallastown Area School Board for 33 years and a lifelong member of Rock Oak Hunting Camp in Centre County. Besides his wife, Arlene, he leaves four sons, Randal C. Miller (Amy) of Seven Valleys, Gregory C. Miller (Cindy) of York, Gary L. Miller (Mary Jo) of Red Lion, and David S. Miller (Christine) of Glen Rock; two daughters, Julieann E. Breighner (Robert, Jr.), and Marianne L. Kubistek (Brian) both of Dallastown; fourteen grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; three sisters, Anna Miller of Loganville, Treva Stiles of Glen Rock, and Eva Beck of Seven Valleys; and a brother, Ray Miller of FL. He was preceded in death by a son, Steven E. Miller; and four sisters, Ruth Mellinger, Naomi Bupp, Leona McCleary, and Helen Sweitzer.In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Codorus Church of the Brethren, 1129 Dunkard Valley Road, Dallastown, PA 17313, Dallastown Area Educational Foundation Earl C.
