It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Earl Woods Jr, who was born on March 27, 1947 and passed away on February 25, 2025 in St. Charles, Illinois, United States.

Earl was the beloved son of Earl Woods Sr and Claudine Woods. He was the loving husband of Marliyn Woods, whom he married in 1974. Earl was the proud father of Nicole Woods, Jeanine Woods (spouse Terrance Martin), and Earl Woods (spouse Natasha Woods). He was also a doting grandfather to two cherished grandchildren.

Earl attended Roosevelt High School and graduated in 1965. He then went on to continue his studies at California State, where he graduated in 1969.

Throughout his career, Earl worked at Amtrak until his retirement in 2013. In his free time, he enjoyed playing chess and basketball.

Earl's passing was a result of a stroke, but his memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.

Rest in peace, Earl Woods Jr. You will be deeply missed.
