E. Jeane McMillon Swain, 60, of Jacksonville died on Sunday October 26, 2014, at her residence.Funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, November 3, 2014 at Bell Fork Church of Christ with Brother Ricardo Morgan officiating and eulogist, Dr. Luis Lugo. Repass will follow immediately at the church.She is the proud grandmother of Alvin Joseph and Angel Ja'nae.She was a member of Bell Fork Church of Christ where she served in many capacities. She was the first black female magistrate of Onslow County.She was born on February 20, 1954, in Ocala, FL to the late Henry and Eva McMillon.
