Dorothy Acheson, 98, of Crestview, Florida, passed Thursday, June 18, 2020. Dorothy was born to Juluis Larson, and Lilith Larson, November 06, 1921.She would later go on to marry Marvin Acheson. She would attend the Thomas Industrial Institute for business. She would go on to own and operate several restaraunts and beauty salons across 5 different states including Alabama, Tennessee, Mississippi, Georgia, and North Florida. She would continue working until 1984 when she retired.

Dorothy is remembered as a loving and kind person who served her family with a gentle and quiet spirit. Everything she did, she did with her whole heart. She loved Jesus until the end of her life, and leaves that legacy to her family.

Dorothy is preceded in death by her husband Marvin, as well as her sons Rex and Joseph.

She is survived by 6 grandchildren and 9 great grand children.

Interment will be held on Sunday, June 21, 2020 in Crestview for immediate family and friends. A private memorial service and celebration of life will be held at a later date for friends and family to come together to share grace that Dorothy brought to them.
