Donna Marie Dozier was born on November 30, 1967, In Saint Paul, Minnesota to parents Jerome Edmonds Sr. and Ruth A Edmons. She was one of six children born to this union.

Donna attended Saint Paul Central High School in Saint Paul, Minnesota. Donna was proceeded in death by her father Jerome.

She leaves behind husband Derek Fallen, eight children, William Joseph (Keila), Lawrence (Meleca), Ruth, Jessica, William Peterson, Andrew, Diamond, and Angel. Two brothers Jerome Jr., Dale, one sister Jessica, four stepsisters, 21 grandchildren, three aunts, one uncle, and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
