Aug 02, 1956 - Feb 25, 2019

This obituary is administered by:

"She was unique. She was incredible. Her family won't be the same without her. " - Mike

Donna Armstrong, 62, of Aurora, Colorado, passed Monday, February 25, 2019. Donna was born to Robert and Mary Exon, August 02, 1956 in Shelbyville, Illinois.

Donna graduated from Evergreen High School in 1974. She married her high school sweetheart, Michael Armstrong in 1976 in Augsburg, Germany.  She traveled alongside him to many unique places and they settled together in Aurora.

Donna is survived by Michael and her 4 children: Christa Dening (Chris Dening), Cheryl Kellogg (Amber Kellogg), Natalie Wright (William Wright), and Andrea Smith (Derek Smith). She also is survived by 6 grandchildren: Jeremy, Timothy, Daniel, Cheryl, Jordyn, and "Peanut" (not yet born).

Donna was a planner, a decorator, and a gardener.  She loved to figure out how to do something and then make it come to pass.  Every place she called home reflected it: rooms arranged just so, decor placed to enhance the room and catch the eye, growing green things all around.  Her sense of style was always on display.  She was unique.  She was incredible.  Her family won't be the same without her.
