Donald (Don) H. Weisbeck, 72, died 9-11-2007 at Royal Vista Nursing Home. Don was born on 9-25-1935 in Lemmon, SD to Lawrence and Rosella (Helland) Weisbeck. After returning from the service, Don worked for Bill Heaverlo for several years. Upon leaving Ellensburg he worked for horse breeders on ranches & racetracks. He recently returned to Ellensburg to be with family. Preceding him in death are his parents, his brother Lyle, and his sister Dorothy Stowe. Survivors include his son Guy in Fairoak, CA, sister Leona Morse, Harriet Nath, and Marion (Pat) Carney of Ellensburg, Shirley (Tom) Anthony of Kittitas, and Rena & Carol Weisbeck of Reno NV, and his brother Albert of Royal City, and one granddaughter Jordan. At Don's request, no funeral is planned. Affordable Funeral Care is in charge of arrangements. A gathering of friends and family will be at Don's sister's: Harriet Nath at 1203 E. Washington, Ellensburg, on Sunday September 23rd, from 1pm to 3pm.
