Dianne (Dinah) RiggsDianne (Dinah) Riggs, 69, of Springfield, passed away February 14, 2017 surrounded by family. She was born on February 6, 1948 to Richard and Shirlie Scheele in Culver City, CA. After graduating from Glendale in 1966 she went on to marry John Riggs. They were Mister Donut/Dunkin Donut franchisee owners in the Springfield and Branson area for 28 years. Dinah lived life to the fullest and was vibrant, fun loving and a devoted wife, sister, mother and grandmother. Her selfless nature touched the lives of many, she will be deeply missed. She is survived by her husband John of 48 years, her children John (Jenny) Riggs, Jennifer (Chris) Westhoff, brother Mike (Lynn) Scheele, four grandchildren Jacob, Kylie, Peyton and Isabelle and three nephews Travis, Kyle and Mathew. Visitation will be Friday, February 17, 2017 from 5pm to 7pm at GreenLawn Funeral Home East in Springfield, MO. Graveside service will be at 11:30 A.M. on Saturday, February 18, 2017 at Hazelwood Cemetery in Springfield, MO. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations to the , www.lung.org.
