Dennis Kernells is survived by his mother, Sylvia Kernells. He is predeceased by his father, James C Kernells Jr.  Also surviving are two sons Stephen of Clinton, SC, Timmothy of Graycourt, SC; two grandsons of Clinton, SC;  one sister, Ilaann Smith (Ricky) of Clinton, SC; one brother, Jimmy Kernells, of Easly, SC;  special friends, Brent Lancaster of Clinton, SC; and Dale Calvert of Mountville, SC.

Services will be at 3 pm Sunday, July 28, 2019, at Beaverdam Baptist Church Mountville, SC. Burial to follow at Rosemont Cemetary. Officiating Rev. Phil Bryson and Dale Calvert. Memorials may be made to Hospice of Laurens County, SC
