Dellis Dale EngleDecember 8, 1930 - April 25, 2014Dellis "Dale" Engle, age 83, of Pocatello, Idaho and formerly of Victorville, California, passed away surrounded by his loving family on Friday, April 25, 2014 at his home. He was born on December 8, 1930 in Abilene, Kansas to Edwin and Bertha (Harold) Engle. Dale lived in Kansas, Texas, Arizona, California and Idaho.He was a National Guardsman, a machinist and a member of the Knights of Columbus and the Roman Catholic Church. Dale loved to farm and garden and loved his dear family.Dale was preceded in death by his wife, Donna Pearl (Tudor) Engle; whom he married August 30, 1952 in Corpus Christi, Texas and who died on January 15, 2007. He is survived by six daughters, two sons, 15 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.A Funeral Mass will be celebrated 1:00 P.M. on Monday, April 28th at Holy Spirit Catholic Community, St. Anthony's Chapel, 507 North 7th Ave in Pocatello. Interment will follow at Mountain View Cemetery in Pocatello. Arrangements are under the care and direction of Downard Funeral Home, 241 North Garfield Ave., Pocatello, Idaho.
