DEBRA MARKS FRANK, 63, of New Haven, Ind., passed away on Friday, Nov. 18, 2016, after a sudden illness while visiting family in Atlanta, Ga. She was surrounded by her loving immediate family. Debra was born on April 26, 1953 in San Antonio, Texas. She graduated from Cicero High School (NY) in 1971. Debra lived in many places throughout her life, including Ohio, Central New York, the Adirondack Mountains, West Virginia, and most recently, Indiana. She was a district manager at Partners 1st Federal Credit Union, Fort Wayne. She worked for the Credit Union for many years. Debra was a ray of light and touched the lives of everyone she knew. Debra was pre-deceased by her father, Stanley Marks. She is survived by her husband, Richard Frank of New Haven, Ind.; daughters, Heather (Brian) McNally of Atlanta, Ga. and Erin Ozinsky of Ballston Spa, N.Y.; two beautiful grandsons, Lukas and Alex; mother, Katherine Marks of Columbiana, Ohio; and brother, Michael (Mary) Marks of Syracuse, N.Y. A celebration of life is from noon to 3 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 3, 2016, at the Salem Golf Club, 1967 S Lincoln Ave., in Salem, Ohio.
