Debra Fernandez, 66, of San Leandro, California, passed away on October 1st, 2024. She was born on May 20th, 1958. Debra was a beloved member of the community, known for her kind heart and infectious laughter. She had a passion for gardening and could often be found tending to her beautiful flowers and plants. Debra was a devoted friend and always willing to lend a helping hand to those in need. Her presence will be deeply missed by all who knew her. May she rest in peace.
