Deborah Cooper, beloved mother, grandmother, and friend, passed away on August 8, 2024, in Malvern, Arkansas. She was born on November 22, 1958, to Ray Cooper and Lulamae Carter.

Deborah was a loving and dedicated mother to her three children, Pamela Carter, Franaka Hill, and Deborah Hill. She adored her five grandchildren and cherished every moment spent with them.

Known for her infectious laughter and warm personality, Deborah was a joy to be around. She had a passion for life and always had a smile on her face.

She will be greatly missed by all who knew her. Rest in peace, Deborah, may your laughter continue to brighten our hearts.
