Deborah Kay BerryDeborah Kay (Wood) Berry, age 59, of Strafford passed away Monday, September 18th, 2017 in her home, surrounded by her loving family.Deb was born on June 26, 1958 in Abilene, TX to Ken and Corina Wood. She was a graduate of Robert E. Lee High School in Midland, TX. She was united in marriage to John Berry on November 20, 2010 in Strafford, MO. Deb retired from Associated Electric after thirteen years. She will always be remembered for her giving heart and her love of gardening, but her greatest love was her family and friends.Survivors include her loving husband John Berry, four children and one grandson, Jerad and his wife Mandy Divine and their son Aiden, Overland Park, KS, Lauren and her husband Brent Stock, Strafford, and Chris and Jake Berry, Strafford, brother, Mark Wood and wife Brandi, Tulsa, OK, and a host of family and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents Ken and Corina Wood. The family will receive friends, Thursday, September 21, 2017 from 6-8 pm at Greenlawn Funeral Home North. A celebration of Deb's life will be held Friday, September 22, 2017 at 10:00 am in Greenlawn Funeral Home North, with burial to follow at Dishman Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Dishman Cemetery Association.
