COLUMBUS GROVE — David M. Lane, 46, died at 9:07 p.m., Monday, July 31, 2017, at his home in Columbus Grove. He was born on September 6, 1970, in Bluffton, Ohio, to Virgil and Patricia (Craig) Lane. His father preceded him in death, March 2015, and his mother survives in Kalida.

On June 13, 2015, he married Rachel L. Radabaugh, she survives in Columbus Grove.

Dave is also survived by three daughters: Morgan Lane, Madison Lane and Katherine Lane; one step-son: Tyler Radabaugh; one step-daughter: Haley Radabaugh; one sister: Patricia (Scott) Winkle; one nephew: Layne Keefer and one niece: Kaitlyn Keefer.

He was a graduate of Columbus Grove High School, class of 1988. Dave worked for Clymer Enterprise for 10 years, then Grob Systems for 17 years. He was a member of St. Anthony Church, member of the Columbus Grove Eagle's, Aerie 2772 and a former member of the Ottawa VFW, Post #9142. Dave enjoyed spending time with his family and friends.

Services will begin at 10:00 am, Friday, August 4, 2017, at Hartman Sons Funeral Home, Columbus Grove. Father Tom Extejt will officiate, with burial to follow in St. Anthony Cemetery, Columbus Grove.

Friends may call Thursday from 2:00-4:00 and 6:00-8:00pm at Hartman Sons Funeral Home.
