David Adami, 52, of Levittown, Pennsylvania, passed away from a stroke on September 20, 2023. David was born in 1971. David had many great accomplishments in his life. From his humble beginnings, he rose up to become the founder and CEO of Uncle Dave’s Homemade Ice Cream, the company he was loyal to right up to the end. Known for his stylish hair and revolutionary fashion sense, Dave was a trailblazer in life. Creating the scrungie was just one of the numerous trends he set off. Dave was bold in business. From discontinuing several popular flavors to making a supply of Irish potato to last a lifetime, Dave never let his setbacks get in his way. Above all, Dave was most beloved by his employees. His loyal workers fondly remember when he spilled ice cream all over an employee’s pants and kindly bought her new ones, or the many, many last-minute changes to the schedule. To Dave we say: We will never forget you. From sweet summer corn to spooky sprinkles, Amen.
