Dave Lee Ferrill "Country," 57, of San Dimas, Calif. and formerly of Las Vegas entered into eternal rest on June 21, 2015. He was born on Aug. 8, 1957 to Virginia and Earl Ferrill in Santa Fe.He is preceded in death by his parents: Virginia and Earl Ferrill; niece: Felissa Ferrill Saw and cousin: Debbie McCarty.Dave attended Paul D. Henry, Memorial Middle School and Robertson High School. He earned his masters degree at Cal State Fullerton and was a teacher and coach for 30 years in the Los Angeles area. He was an All- State athlete and All- American quarterback in California and was inducted into the Hall of Fame at Baldwin Park High School and West Hills College.When he wasn't teaching or coaching, he enjoyed spending time with family and friends and boating at his favorite spot, Bonelli Lake in San Dimas, Calif.David was regarded as such a sweet, kind hearted person. His kindness and laughter was a blessing to all and will be deeply missed.Dave is survived by his brother, Carl Ray Ferrill, and wife Lissa, of Bullhead City, Ariz.; and sister, Earlene C'deBaca of Las Vegas; nieces and nephews: Dawn C'deBaca of Albuquerque, Ashley C'deBaca, Jayden and Maddison, Stacy Fulgenzi and husband, Warren, Warren Lee, Brandelyn, Lauren and Nico of Las Vegas, Christina Mendiola and husband, Derek, of Las Vegas, Nev., Desmond and Brennen Shaw of St. George, Utah, and many other family and friends that loved him dearly.
