Darlene Wetherington HylerAtlanta - Kathryn Darlene Wetherington Hyler passed away on Wednesday September 20 in Atlanta Ga. Darlene was born on September 18, 1953 in Asheville, N.C. She is survived by her husband Steve Hitte, her children Katy Spence, Ryan(Buzz) Hyler, her favorite son in law Jeff Spence and the "love of her life" her granddaughter Annabella Kathryn Spence. She is also survived by her siblings Dianne Crawford, Robert Wetherington, and Angela Wetherington as well as her niece Mary Crawford. Darlene's kindness knew no bounds and formed many lasting friendships through her life as a mother, teacher, flight attendant and Twanda escapades. Her memorial services will be held at 5pm on 9/30/17 at Unitarian Universalist Congregation of Asheville at 1 Edwin Place. It will be as she wanted it... a celebration of her life.
