Dana Leroy WeaverNovember 11, 2016Dana Leroy Weaver was born on September 14, 1933 in Geneva, NY to his parents Harold and Elsie Weaver. He passed away on November 11, 2016 in Ft. Myers, FL at the age of 83.Dana is survived by his Sons Dana (Kim) Weaver Jr., Patrick (Becky) Weaver, Duane (Mary) Weaver, Nathan (Michelle) Weaver; daughters Colleen Weaver, Kelly (Scott) Dziekan, Diane Mathieu; 9 grandchildren; 3 step grandchildren, 1 great grandson; son in law David D'Angelo; sisters Sonia Whaley, Marilyn Dills, and Nancy Furfari. Dana is preceded in death by his loving wife of 58 years Donna Weaver, daughter Ann D'Angelo, and his brother Dean Weaver.Dana served proudly with the US Army during the Korean War and recently participated in the Honor Flight to Washington, D.C. in October. He was a tradesman and business owner who enjoyed running the family hardware store in upstate NY. He was always happy if his hands were working fixing things.
