Daisy was born September 27, 1935. She was raised in Macon, G.A. in the care of the late James C. and Betty Johnson. She was one of few to receive an education through high school. She joined Elizabeth Missionary Baptist Church at an early age and was an active member until her health declined. 

Daisy enjoyed traveling and has traveled to 48 of the 50 states. In her spare time, she enjoyed playing cards and visiting the casino. She was full of life and never met a stranger. She was known for her wit and blunt comments. You knew exactly where you stood with her. She will be missed by everyone she touched. 

Loving memories of her will always be held by her husband of 49 years, Columbus Leak; Sons; Larry Leak, Delton Leak, James Leake, & Jimmy Leak; 5 Grandchildren; Larry Jr., Victoria, Jameson, Mary, and Jailen; 4 great-grandchildren; Simone, D.J., Persephone, and Jay; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
