Born on January 12, 1940, Consuelo was known for her generous spirit and kind heart. She touched the lives of many with her infectious laughter and unwavering positivity. Consuelo will be remembered for her love of gardening and passion for cooking traditional Mexican dishes. Her presence will be deeply missed, but her memory will live on in the hearts of all who had the joy of knowing her. Rest in peace, Consuelo.
