Clifton Jaleel Peterson, affectionately known as Lil' Ja, passed away on January 30, 2025, at the age of 34. Born on October 19, 1990, in Clayton County, GA, Clifton lived his entire life in the same community that he loved dearly.
Clifton was an aspiring rapper with a passion for drawing, using his creativity to express himself and inspire others. He was proud of his achievement in obtaining his GED, a milestone that reflected his determination and ambition. His motto, "He who conquers himself is the mightiest warrior," resonated deeply with those who knew him, as he embodied strength and resilience in his everyday life.
A confident and honest individual, Clifton was known for his affectionate nature and competitive spirit. He often gave back to his community, lending a helping hand to the elderly and brightening the lives of those around him. Clifton's infectious smile and kind heart made him a beloved figure among friends and family alike.
He is survived by his loving little sister Alechia and his two brothers, David and Malik. Clifton's memory will live on in the hearts of all who had the privilege of knowing him.
