We are saddened to announce the passing of Cleon Roberts, Jr. of East Point, Georgia. Cleon was born on June 23, 1962, to his parents Cleon Roberts, Sr. and Helen Roberts. He is survived by his only sister, Angela Anderson. He was a beloved husband to Kathy Roberts, whom he married in 1982. Together, they had three children: Monica Hawes, Rachel Benson-Berry (spouse Carlteze Berry), and Ashley Roberts-Simpson (late spouse Charles Simpson). Cleon was also a proud grandfather to 9 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.

Cleon was known for his love of cooking and always had a delicious meal to share with family and friends. Sadly, he passed away on February 9, 2025, due to heart failure.

Cleon will be dearly missed by all who knew him, but his memory will live on through the love and laughter he brought to those around him.
